In 2009, the four majors in undergraduate education programmes with active students above 100,000 were Law, Accounting, Administrative Management, and Chinese Language and Literature. Their active students totaled 487,500, constituting 61.63% of the total number of active students in all undergraduate education programmes. Law students comprised the largest group. The four majors in junior college education programmes with active students above 100,000 were Administrative Management, Accounting, Business Management, and Law, and their active students totaled 1.0340 million, constituting 60.45% of the active students overall, with the number of students majoring in Administrative Management comprising the largest group. The four majors in the One-College-Student-for-One-Village programme with active students above 10,000 are Management of Township Enterprises, Rural Administrative Management, Rural Economic Management, and Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, with active students totaling 142,700, constituting 88.14% of the total number in this programme with the number of students in Management of Township Enterprises comprising the largest group.
